Electricity load (or the power of electric equipment working at the same time) is an important indicator of the output power of biogas generating units selected (purchased) by breeding farms. It is also an important factor for the success of biogas power generation and utilization, which is directly related to the economy, safety and reliability of Biogas power generation.
At present, the use of biogas power generation is basically internal use. Under the condition of stable biogas source, if the utilization conditions of biogas power generation are ignored and the biogas generator set is not correctly matched according to the electric load of the breeding farm, the following situations will occur: there are many electric equipment and large power in the breeding farm, and the output power of the biogas generator set is small, then the high-power electric equipment can not be used at all, and the biogas power generation is of little significance; On the contrary, with less electrical equipment and small power, the generator set with high power generation can not reach a certain load, resulting in increased energy consumption and reduced thermal efficiency of the generator. The energy saving effect is not obvious, and the economic benefit is not obvious.
